What we do

Marchbanks can  build for you off plans you may have, they can produce plans as either a design and build or manage the tender procedure with outside contractors and project manage the works through to completion.

Whilst we serve a wide range of small private individual domestic clients, we also are able to serve property speculators for new houses and residential developments including Housing Associations.

We are happy to work with clients who for whatever reason wish to complete either 'self-build' projects from just producing designs and plans through to full a full build and/or Contract administration and project management.

Designs to meet your requirements - we can design your project with lots of Architectural features or as with no frills as a budget design or somewhere in between. We try to blend any extension to the existing and won't design something that will devalue your house (we have had customer suggestions in the past that would do just that!). We will advise against something that will devalue your property even if you suggest it.
