We include a free initial consultation with clients to ascertain their requirements, when we listen to their proposals.

These are often for single or two storey extensions, new garages, garage conversions and loft conversions.

We also specialize in one off new house builds and more, as may required by speculators or developers.

On instruction, our scope of works extend to carrying out a full measurement survey taking levels as necessary, photographs and preparing CAD schemes for review.

We then prepare detailed planning drawings for submission to the relevant local authority. We recommend awaiting planning approval before applying for building control approval. Thereafter we can prepare the extra drawings necessary for full building regulation approval arranging any structural calculations that may be required.

We can arrange the preliminary contract supervisor and basic health and safety planning to be handed to prospective contractors along with the detailed drawings that can then be used for pricing – we can manage the tender procedure if required.

Once a contractor has been selected we can seamlessly hand over to them as principle contractors and if required can project manage the works through to completion.

Eric Marchbanks who is still our managing director personally supervised all the works as Main contractor and project manager for works to the tower of St. Nicholas Church the works were awarded the King of Prussia Award.
